Quercia is an independent stone building at the rear of the Masseria with superior quality sprung mattress on both king-size bed and double contemporary sofa-bed, there is air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, Satellite, customised stone sink, mirror and linen. There is a separate kitchen with 4 ring hob, sink and fridge and the large french doors lead directly onto external seating and large lawned area.

Euros 75-85 per person per night (incl breakfast) based on 2 adults sharing (single supplement available). Children - Euros 0-3 yrs free, 3-12 yrs Euros 50 per night minimum of 3 nights in high season 10% discount for 1 week or more (except in high season).
The Masseria and pool are open all year - arrival and departure days are flexible so suites can be booked starting and finishing to suit the day of your choice.

10% of remaining balance payable for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival
30% of remaining balance payable for cancellation from 29 to 21 days prior to arrival
50% of remaining balance payable for cancellation from 20 to 14 days prior to arrival
75% of remaining balance payable for cancellation from 13 to 3 days prior to arrival
100% of remaining balance payable for cancellation after above terms
